Every boutique fitness studio in the Sweatlist New York catalog

138 locations from 30 brands, across 35 New York neighborhoods, with 1,800+ instructors mapped from those studios’ own public class schedules. Browse the whole thing by neighborhood.

How to read the numbers. An instructor who teaches at two studios is counted at every location where they teach, so the per-studio counts on this page add up to 3,727 while the catalog holds 1,830 people. The count under each neighborhood is the number of distinct instructors there, which is why it can be smaller than its own studios added together.

This is coverage, not a ranking. As of 2026-09-02, nobody outside the accounts operated by the people who build Sweatlist has rated an instructor, so there are no ratings yet to rank anyone by. Sweatlist cannot tell you who the best instructor at any of these studios is, and neither can this page. Being listed here means one thing only: this person appears on that studio’s own public class schedule.

What you can train in New York

13 disciplines across the 138 locations below. Each one links straight to the neighborhoods on this page that have it. A studio that teaches more than one is listed under each of them, so these add up to 276 discipline listings while the catalog holds 138 locations. This says what is taught where, and nothing about who is good at it.

Common questions about the New York directory

Does this directory include every fitness studio in New York?

No. It covers the Sweatlist catalog: 138 studio locations from 30 brands across 35 New York neighborhoods. Use the neighborhood links to find the locations covered near you. A studio missing from the directory may simply not be in the catalog yet.

Which types of classes can I find here?

The studios in this catalog teach 13 disciplines: HIIT, barre, bootcamp, boxing, dance cardio, grappling, lifting, mobility, pilates, rowing, running, spin, yoga. Use the discipline links above to jump to neighborhoods with those classes, then check the studio’s current schedule.

Why can one instructor appear at several studios?

The catalog contains 1,830 distinct instructors and 3,727 instructor listings across studio locations. Someone teaching at multiple locations appears in each location’s count, so adding the studio counts does not give the number of different people.

Can I book a class through this directory?

This page helps you find studios and see who teaches where. Check the studio’s own booking page for current class times, instructors, prices and availability. Schedules can change after an instructor is added to the catalog.

Where this comes from

Studio names, addresses and class schedules are public business facts, published by the studios themselves. Sweatlist reads those schedules, maps which instructors teach where, and keeps the result in the app. Nothing here is scraped from a review site and nothing here is invented. If a studio has closed, moved, or a coach has left, tell us and it gets fixed in the catalog, which is what regenerates this page.

What Sweatlist adds on top is the part no booking app has: which of these instructors people actually rate, once real ratings exist. Rate a class in the app and you are the reason a future version of this page can say more than who teaches where.
