Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

Sweatlist (“Sweatlist,” “we,” “us”) is an iOS app for rating and ranking fitness instructors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

How we use it

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that run the app on our behalf — such as Google Firebase for authentication, database and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of it. Ratings you submit contribute to public, aggregated leaderboards and lists, but are shown in aggregate and are not attributed to your identity unless you choose to make a list public.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing privacy@sweatlistapp.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may remain.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact privacy@sweatlistapp.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Sweatlist is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
