Welcome to Sweatlist. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sweatlist.

Using Sweatlist

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Sweatlist. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Your content

You own the ratings, lists and notes you create. By submitting content you grant Sweatlist a non-exclusive license to host, display and aggregate it to operate features such as leaderboards and shared lists. Keep your content honest, lawful, and free of harassment, hate, or personal attacks. Ratings should reflect genuine experience in a class.

Acceptable use

• Don’t submit false, defamatory, or manipulated ratings, or attempt to game leaderboards.
• Don’t post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Instructors & studios

Instructor and studio names are used for the purpose of identification and commentary. If you are an instructor and wish to manage or remove your profile, contact hello@sweatlistapp.com. Ratings reflect the opinions of users, not Sweatlist.

Disclaimers

Sweatlist is provided “as is.” Rankings and ratings are user-generated opinions and are not professional advice. We don’t guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweatlist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
